Life Aint Nothin But A Fairy Tale 16.07.

Because sometimes we all want to be in a fairy tale. One of my designs, that matches with my shoes a few posts down.

Once Upon a dubstep DJ mix 12.07.

I have been dj’ing and producing electronic music for many years. I have gotten to play for Cirque Du Soliel, to five thousand people with Nortec Collective in Mexico, and for clubs across North America and in Europe.

I thought I would share my most recent moody gem. This mix was done for a special blog Modifyer which features over two hundred mixes by some of the most forward thinking, experimental, and talented electronic musicians around the world.

Julia Jones From Eclipse ? 05.07.

Here is a shot of a costume I designed and hand made. The models looks like Julia Jones from Eclipse, it could be her, it looks so much like her, but I don’t remember the Elite models name. This was shot in LA though which makes it unlikely as Julia is from NYC. Julia you’ve got a doppelgänger and Iv seen her! Photographer Tracey Morris.

Fairy Tale Shoes 25.04.

I recently raided my Moms closet and found a pile of old heels in wonderful condition, clean, bare and ready to be painted. I used Fairy Tale and nature themes, and illustrations as my inspiration for this pair, taking some inspiration from Arthur Rackham drawings and Japanese illustration. Shoes fit for Cinderella. The imagery is a collage of scenes and patterns. All the images are different, each having its own source of inspiration. The illustration are hand drawn with black permanent markers, and sharpies. More photos of the shoes can be seen here in the fashion and illustration section under play.

URB – SIA Shoot 13.04.

I styled this shoot of Sia (who I’ve been a fan of since her first record on Long Lost Brother Records) for URB magazine. It was shot in the Hollywood Hills at her friends house. It was such an honor to meet her, she was every bit as cool and beautiful, and more, then I always thought she would be. Photographed by Marc Goldstein.

A PARTY SO HOT IT’S LASTED EIGHT YEARS. 23.02.

I had the pleasure of styling and designing costume for several of the annual Moto holiday parties. Where Paris, Lindsay sighting were the norm, each season they would have a private event and a top 40 artist would perform. For Moto 8 The Hollywood Palladium was adorned with a rotating DJ platform in the center of a custom made 30-foot oval bar. I rocked out to an exclusive performance by Christina Aguilera just days before launching her tour, I got to see her front and center literally. I’m not one much for pop music, but this is one amazingly talented and gorgeous women.

My favorite year was the patent leather S and M theme, unfortunetly I am still scouting for photo of that event. Those costumes were some of my favorites.

Couture Evening Wear 22.12.

A few pencil sketches of evening wear designs I did. The chances of me every making any of these dresses is very small, but they are very beautiful, feminine, couture dresses. I did several designs and variations, this is just a small sample of my ideas.
